Beth Brunner | Principal Designer & Founder

A self-proclaimed “nomad” Beth grew up in Montana and has lived all over the country including Los Angeles, Arizona, Connecticut, and New York City, before settling in Seattle in 2016. As an interior designer, Beth has always had a passion for natural materials and textural, spatial design without pretense. Her passion is curating spaces to depict the journeys of the fascinating, eclectic, unique people who live in them. From busy professionals to young families, she loves creating homes that match the storied pasts that make them who they are.

Beth has been in the Interior Design field since 2010 and spent her early years learning from some of the best in the business. From her start with Studio Collective (one of the top hospitality firms in Los Angeles) to her many years working alongside the talented Jeremiah Brent at Jeremiah Brent Design in New York City, she has a wealth of experience, vision, and creativity to fulfill her clients’ dreams.

EMMA DEANA | Junior Designer & OFFICE ADMIN

A lifetime resident of the Pacific Northwest, Emma now lives in West Seattle. Her first career in graphic design spanned multiple industries and sectors, and gave Emma an extensive experience in the creative fields, heightening her love for all things art and design. In her personal life she takes inspiration from the things she loves, including her tortoiseshell cat, Boots, who inspired the color palette of her bedroom.

At her core, Emma is a lover of design and beauty in all its forms, and she currently splits her time between a budding career in the interior design field as well as the local art gallery community. A lover of old architecture and vintage pieces, Emma believes that handmade items are some of the most beautiful and interesting. Emma’s favorite spaces are intentionally curated, personal, and enduring and her favorite place to be is home.

Marzipan | Chief Barking officer

Marzipan is a rescue dog who found her way to Beth’s lap in 2012 when she was only three months old. Despite a hard start to her life, where she wound up being left in a dumpster and thankfully found by a good samaritan, Marz has nothing but love, snuggles, and licks to give to the humans around her.

Marzipan spends most days at the Quartz & Bone studio curled up in her sheepskin-lined bed, greeting everyone with woofs and wags when they come in or walk by outside, much to the amusement of the local delivery people and passersby alike.
