Kitchen Remodel
Design Aesthetic: Transitional Organic
Photography by: Andi Buescher
Completed in 2018
In a home that had been slowly updated over the years by our client and her family, the kitchen was the last remaining relic from the original 1940s home, complete with linoleum floors and formica countertops (and a whole lot of yellow!). Remodeled and opened up, the tiny galley kitchen turned into a bright and spacious, but still cozy, kitchen — a perfect fit for the homeowner, who loved to cook, and her two teenagers.
With touches of personality (like the hand-glazed green tiles from Fireclay Tile) and natural elements throughout, this redesigned kitchen space evolved into the true start of the home.
